Hello once again , my 4th hour coming right up

Pretty much just worked on the webs of the hands, getting the right amount of edge loops to the arm, and then attaching them

But with adding more edge loops, come a WHOLE lot of tweaking in the fin area or I would get a flat spot on the fin, so thus, here is my 4 th hour, next come the fins.
